Brain Snacks

Brain Snacks

I share Brain Snacks as system patterns, system reflections and system possibilities.

They are a way of seeing, explaining and exploring the dynamics that shape experience, behaviour and performance.

  • Some identify patterns.
  • Some make sense of observations
  • Some help imagine what might be possible.

Together they are intended to make complexity a little easier to understand, discuss and work with.

Big questions, "what ifs" and thought experiments that reimagine systems

The intent of Brain Snacks is to make complexity more understandable and ask ‘what if’.

Brain snacks are short reflections, system patterns and possibilities to make sense of what is happening in complex organisational systems or to reimagine those systems.

They draw on real world experience and practical work in complex organisational environments.
